Reiki Classes

Reiki classes create great opportunities to grow, heal and transform our lives; as such they are not just about learning but also about empowering ourselves to bring change. My intention is to meet and support students wherever they are in their life. Training can be taken as a group or individually, with or without certification.

Reiki Training

Many systems and styles of Reiki have emerged since the practice was developed in Japan in the early 1900s, blending with the varying cultural beliefs and traditions across the world. Over the years, I have explored a few of the main systems before choosing to teach the traditional approach as a foundation to any Reiki practice. Training can be individualized according to needs.
OPTION 1: USUI REIKI RYOHO - certification training
Usui Reiki Ryoho is the name of the traditional system of Reiki. It follows the way the practice was originally understood in Japan, as a spiritual healing practice and path to wholeness. This system was brought by Frans Stiene and Bronwen Logan, Reiki Teachers and founders of the International House of Reiki. It is based on years of comprehensive research, studies and practice in Japan and consistent with what was practiced at the time of Mikao Usui, the founder. It provides students with a solid foundation and tools they can use to create a more balanced and meaningful life. These include meditation, breath-work, hands-on healing and techniques, and more.
REIKI Level I -     Shoden: $220 (2 day-class - 8 to 10 hours training)
REIKI Level II -   Okuden: $220 (2 day-class - 6 hours training)
REIKI Level III - Shinpiden/Teacher Training: $420 (2 day-class)
OPTION 2: REIKI INTRODUCTION - individualized non-certification training
This simple Reiki class is designed to provide students with basic healing tools for life according to their needs and interests, whether for Self-Care, Family-Care, Healthcare, Personal Development or simply as an introduction to the practice of Reiki. This class can be combined with the Usui Reiki Ryoho certification program -  (2 to 4 hours) - $120

Reiki levels

Reiki I is the beginning of your journey of exploration and self-discovery through the practice of meditation, reflection with the Reiki Precepts and hands-on healing for yourself and others. No prerequisite.
Reiki II leads students to consolidate foundational concepts from their Reiki I class, learn and internalize additional tools and techniques allowing them to go deeper to practice Reiki remotely, beyond time and space. Reiki level I is required for this class.
Reiki III/Teacher level leads students to develop their own mastery. Reiki III is a powerful class that empowers and guides students to embody their inner-light to "be Reiki" in the world. Completion of this class also allows students to teach if they choose to do so. A minimum of 6 months period after Reiki II is recommended to take the mastership level.

My Reiki Lineage and Trainings

My lineage includes both the Japanese (Usui Reiki Ryoho) and Western (Usui/Tibetan and Usui/Holy Fire Reiki) lineages, and so it will be for my students.
I completed all my levels of training in the Usui/Tibetan system of Reiki and Usui/Holy Fire Reiki with William Rand, Reiki Master and President of the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT). I took my first Karuna Reiki® Master training and Reiki Crystal Healing certification with Laurelle Shanti Gaia and Michael Baird, ICRT Licensed Reiki Master Teachers. I also studied with Colleen Benelli, another ICRT Licensed Reiki Master Teacher during the Holy Fire II Reiki retreat in Hawaii in 2016.
I was fortunate to receive the initiation to Usui Teate in 2014 (Chris Marsh lineage) from Pascal Wallyn, Reiki Master Teacher and Usui/Holy Fire Karuna Reiki® Representative in France. This led me to discover the Kototama principle and use of sacred sounds that are now part of my personal practice and field of study.
I am currently training in the practice of the traditional Japanese system of Reiki, called "Usui Reiki Ryoho" with Frans Stiene, Reiki Teacher and co-founder of the International House of Reiki, to deepen my experience and understanding of Reiki from a more traditional perspective.
I completed my Reiki training in Japan in 2018 with Frank Arjava Petter and Tadao Yamaguchi, Reiki Teachers and founders of Jikiden Reiki (Kyoto).
Finally, I wish to express my deep gratitude to all my Reiki teachers which includes Ramaa Krishnan, founder of Full Bloomed Lotus Center for Self-Awareness, with whom I studied for many years and who was my first Reiki Teacher.
